If the material you're interested in is not listed, please still contact us to see what we can do. We're always growing and learning about more things we can do.

1) How do I contact you? Just email jeremy@aptwrightservice.com and I will typically respond within 1 to 2 days

2) What is your minimum order size? We can do individual items if you're wanting to verify our quality of service. For bulk orders, we offer a low minimum of 10 items.

3) What is the lead time for orders? Each item will have its own lead time. Generally for retail items, such as cutting boards, allow for 31 calendar days. For commercial items that are standardized and will flow into another business's production line, the time could be as little as three days plus shipping.

4) If I want to have items you manufacture on my shelves by December 2nd, when should I order? November 1st at the latest.

5) What is the process from start to finish? Once you've contacted me and I have your idea or design, I will provide a quote. Once the quote is agreed upon, we can negotiate terms of a service agreement including any deposit if required. AptWright Service will provide proof samples. Once approved, we will begin production and shipping. Payment terms will be a part of the service agreement.

6) Will I provide the materials, or will AptWright Service? It depends on the order. Examples: If your plant works with proprietary or very specific material, then you may need to provide the material for us. If you are a crafter and just need another shop to engrave or cut something specific that you make, then you would provide the material. If you are a shop wanting to outsource the manufacture of cutting boards, then AptWright Service would likely order the raw materials. If you are a boutique owner wanting an image engraved on wooden bowls, then it would be best to have the bowls drop-shipped to us, and then we would work with those materials.

7) Do you have trade references? Yes. I can provide references upon request!

8) Can I come tour your shop? Yes. We can definitely set a time for you to tour our shop. For complete transparency, we are a small production shop currently running out of a garage, so there's not much to see. But we welcome visits by people who might partner with us and want to gain insight and a level of comfort with our functionality and capabilities.
